Cell Specialization

Every cell in a eukaryotic organism is specialized for a different role. Some to move; others, to react to the environment; still others, to produce substances the organism needs. Examples of some in a plant cell are these cells that line your windpipe and clear the air as you breath. Another one in plant cells is pollen, which allows the plant to reproduce.

Cell Organization

Each cell in an animal needs to be organized in a specific manner. Every cell is in a system of classes that gradually contains more cells. For example, there is one muscle cell. That muscle cell is a part of another class called tissue. The tissue is part of an organ, in this case, the stomach. The organ is then part of the digestive system. There are many different systems in the human body each one helping with a different job.
